Waves of Grief™ Retreat 2026

Our 2026 Waves of Grief Retreat brought together a beautiful community for six days of connection, reflection, and renewal. Surrounded by lush, tropical landscapes and the healing rhythms of the ocean, we made space for grief in all its forms, honoring what we've lost while remaining open to the beauty, joy, and possibility that remains.

Our days unfolded through ocean adventures, yoga, breathwork, meaningful conversations, nourishing meals, journaling, poetry, and shared rituals. From horseback riding through the jungle, to our closing flower release into the ocean, each experience offering an opportunity to reconnect with ourselves, with one another, and with the natural world. We left with new friendships, treasured memories, and a reminder that grief and joy can coexist—and we don't have to carry it alone.
